Vishal Kumar Singh
Vishal Kumar Singh is a technology leader and entrepreneur who has built products, led engineering teams, and scaled global operations across Japan and India. With expertise spanning front-end architecture, UX, AI and cloud, he spent over a decade in capital markets and enterprise software: engineering real-time trading dashboards at Nomura Research Institute, then driving fintech innovation and $50M+ products as Product Manager at NRI Yokohama. He founded Zowork in 2016 to connect global companies with India’s top engineering talent and build high-impact distributed teams. Under his leadership Zowork architected Bells.ai, the AI-powered behavioral-health documentation platform acquired by Netsmart, and now builds the clinical AI thousands of clinicians use every day. He stays as close to the codebase as to the business, holds the bar for everything Zowork ships, and works between Tokyo and Bengaluru.

Miles David Romney
Miles David Romney is a US-based advisor with deep experience in media, technology and venture acceleration. He has led streaming and platform initiatives for major brands including Warner Bros. and ESPN, raised over $100M from leading investors, and built Radiate Media, later acquired by GTN. Today he supports founders through V42 Fund and MAST Accelerator.
Tohru Watanabe
Tohru brings 30+ years across enterprise IT consulting, capital markets and cross-border transformation. Sixteen years at Nomura Research Institute spanning Tokyo, New York and Kolkata, including 6.5 years as President & Managing Director of NRI India, the organization that shaped much of Zowork’s founding team. Today he is Founder, President & Managing Director of ETSU-DX in Tokyo. Master’s in Electronic Engineering from Kobe University.
Peter Flick
Founder & CEO of Remarkable Health, the Scottsdale software company serving the behavioral health and human services industry. Peter led the 2015 acquisition of EHR pioneer ClaimTrak, built the CT|One integrated EHR, and in 2021 launched Bells.ai, the first virtual clinical documentation assistant in the category, architected with Zowork. Previously co-founded Relay Network (mobile engagement for commercial health insurance) as CFO then VP of Product. Earlier at Spectrum Equity Investors and Citigroup.
