Privacy at Zowork.
This summary covers information handled through the zowork.com marketing site. It is not our clients’ clinical-data policy. That is governed by the contracts and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) under each engagement.
What we collect
Only what you give us and standard usage data: the details you submit when you email us or fill out a contact form (name, email, message), and aggregate analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate region, device type).
How we use it
To reply to you, to understand which content is useful, and to improve the site. That is the entire purpose; nothing here feeds advertising profiles.
What we don't do
We don’t sell or rent your information. We don’t collect protected health information (PHI) on this marketing site. Clinical data only ever lives inside the contracted, access-controlled environments we build, under a BAA.
Cookies & analytics
We use a minimal set of cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to keep the site working and measure usage. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the content.
The client talent portal
Our invitation-only talent portal keeps a record of how each client account uses it: sign-ins, the specialist profiles opened and for how long, CVs downloaded, and requests sent. Each visit is stored with the IP address it came from, the approximate city and country your network resolves to, and your browser and device type. We use it to see which specialists are of interest, to staff conversations properly, and to spot access from somewhere unexpected on an account whose passcode is shareable. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never combined with anything from the marketing site. Precise IP addresses are reduced to a network prefix after 30 days, and the underlying activity records are deleted after roughly a year.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@zowork.com and we’ll handle it.
